Come on man Georgia did get Brown and Long but CLK was fighting an uphill battle getting in so late. The big time prospects usually have a pretty good idea where they are going to school the fall before they sign, in which case we (Tennessee) had to rally just to go 5-7. Also I'm not sure that Memphis is "right under our noses". Your right talk is cheap but give this staff some credit with or without BB this staff has done a great job recruiting this year especially given the extremely late start (more then a full year). BB has been thinking for at least two years about where he would like to play college ball and until CLK was hired he never gave Tennessee a second thought and even on signing day this year there was very little if any talk of BB even giving us a sniff and now were in his top 3. Sure as you state we all want to win now but what's your point? CLK and staff took Janzen Jackson out of Lake Charles, La. Jerod Askew out of Va, Darren Myles out of GEORGIA, Nu'Keese out of Fla, Schofield out of SC, David Oku out of Oklahoma. I'm sure with every one of them the fans in that state thought we shouldn't have been able to come into their state and get those players but we did. It happens, we are never going to get every player in this state. Sounds like your either a Fulmerite or maybe not a Tennessee fan at all.
