Tennessee's frustration was evident. The Vols were whistled for three technical fouls, one on coach Bruce Pearl.
"When you have a game like this, put it on me," Pearl said. "I did not do a good job preparing my basketball team, didn't do a good job coaching the game and didn't do a good job making adjustments."

It was actually less his fault and more USC dominating. Tennessee wasnt going to win that game anyways IMO.

Well, when you have a opposing guy that is shooting 1 of 18 going into the game and shoots 5 of 8 and 2 of 3 from 3-pt. range against you then it's just not your day.

That stat is worse than them shooting over 50% from 3pt. range after coming in at 33% for the year.

I'll be surprised if the Gamecocks win anymore.They could do no wrong yesterday,of course our lackluster effort helped them.

Hey, every dog has his day.. You guys hit everything you put up and we did'nt have a good week of preparation.. Classic case of looking past a much inferior opponent..

one of the reasons I like BP so much is he can recognize the areas that are horrible, and make improvement on them very quickly. Just another reason this loss does not phase me one bit.

Slick Rick says, Coach Pearl should not take the blame. Our guys shot the ball awful on Saturday and South Carolina would never shoot the ball that well again. It was a fluke. Slick Rick says, we WILL bounce back on Wednesday night. We need to get Thompson Boiling Arena rocking.
