Bruce Pearl Picked Michigan to win Region

Uhm no they didn't?

Almost everyone took the Vols, that's why people were a little concerned over the guys potentially looking past mercer.

The pundits that I noticed were enamored of Mercer after the Duke beatdown and favoring them against the Vols. I didn't have time to scan the entire sporting landscape.

I think part of Bruce will always love UT but he can't be shown rooting for UT as Auburns coach and to be fair Michigan is probably the best team in the region but not by much. All 4 teams left in the region are good obviously. Ill always respect Bruce and love him for reviving the basketball program, but now it truly is Martin! I had my doubts , but I see Martin is a good coach. He's proving it.

Let's see, job coaching against us..making a pick that might please the Barnyard faithful? Not a huge surprise.

How would picking Michigan to win please Auburn, even remotely?

Please, do tell.

The guy's doing his job predicting results of tournament match ups. He says team A is going to beat team B? It's because he thinks team A will beat team B.

I picked Michigan in 1 bracket and Tn in the other one. I don't see the big deal in who picked who. The truth to be known , most here probably picked Duke over Tn and just wont admit it. I did in 2 other of my brackets

Oh Lord. I mean, he is probably saying his picks from before the tourney began. Honestly, I screwed up that half of that region, but I had Duke losing to Michigan. UofM is a solid team this year with both an inside and reliable outside presence, good ball movement and offensive scheme, and pretty good D. We will have to play extremely well to win.

Talk about being the talk of the nation! Beat Michigan and Tennessee basketball is back with a vengeance! Payback is hell, Wolverines!

Bruce is the enemy now. He shouldn't matter any more.

I assume you were a Colts fan prior to the Broncos... as a Colts fan, weren't the Broncos the enemy? Ya know, being in the AFC and all. Peyton shouldn't matter at all anymore after he left the Colts. But, you abandoned your team the second he left. At least Pearl fans didn't become Auburn fans. A number of fans attacking Pearl fans are now fans of the Broncos after previously being Colts fans based on one guy. Not only does that make them hypocrites but it actually makes them worse because they switched teams. I wanted Pearl but I'm still a Vols fan and will never be an Auburn fan.

This isn't directed towards you specifically. It's the many former Colts/current Broncos fans who follow Peyton from team to team and give Pearl fans crap. There are a lot of em' and they are the last people who should be giving anyone crap for liking a former/coach player. I doubt many if any Vol fans are going to drop the Vols to become Auburn fans. Those same fans giving Pearl fans crap, dropped the Colts in a heartbeat to become Broncos fans.

did he have an M painted on his chest? I'm guessing he has a stencil for every occasion

Yes, he is a cameleon to jump at a job so quick in the SEC, knowing other jobs would be coming open just really tells the story, he may smile to your face but there is other colors you don't see under the skin....UT is in better shape with CBP out of our program.

REALLY? SEC BB Jobs don't just pop up everyday; Especially considering Bruce's baggage. Bruce Pearl Obviously made the right decision; he wasn't getting the UT job back anytime soon---if ever. So he made a career decision. Watch BP energize the Au BB program. He's fun----like him or not.
