I was there and Pearl had the audience cracking up the entire time. His fiance is georgeous and they were both glowing like school children. Kiffin was all business. He did seem pretty confident that he would sign two quality QBs in this years class(didnt mention any names of course). He also took a nice little parting shot at B.J Coleman. Said that he wished he would have stayed but we dont need players at UT that arent willing to compete. He also said that Bryce Brown is right now our number one tailback until someone beats him out. He said the same goes for all freshman...but he kept referring to Bryce.

Why do they continue to let you post this stuff here?
That is uncalled for and should be deleted.
Just my opinion.
Would that not motivate you if you were an upperclassman?
I didn't think about it that way. But then, how do we keep the freshman working hard? IMO, it should still be wide open at this point, and no decisions should be until this fall, so the coaching staff can compare the players. So basically, wide open competition.
If the freshmen aren't working, there is no way an upperclassmen could NOT beat them out. Being here already is a huge advantage. At first I reacted the same way as you, but the more I think about it... I like it. A lot. Especially if I were a recruit.
wow someone had their panties in a wad this morning. he was clearly joking, good Lord just let him be.
