*****Bruce Feldman: Fulmer undermining Currie hoping to become AD

Does anyone know why the Leach visit was so toxic that gets you fired? I mean,we were looking for a coach,Leach is a coach with some creds..ore wacko.

He got let go because he went rogue again. He did not have university permission to persue Leach. There was no deal and no deal with Leach was imminent. That’s straight from ESPN this morning.

I see on Twitter that they're trying to deflect blame away from Fulmer. Not sure what to believe

I would believe that Fulmer was trying to do what was right for TN. There was no Leach deal per ESPN and no Brohm deal per WBIR report. Currie and Haslam were playing the fans.

You don't have to pick sides, Fulmer vs Haslam. I choose neither.

That’s basically what this all boils do to us a power struggle between the Haslams and the rest of he boosters. I chose Phil and the other boosters but you do as you please.

.@Brett_McMurphy just told us that people inside the Tennessee program were calling coaches who Currie was trying to hire and tell them not to come and that it is toxic.

Self serving &%$#! they are. At this point, a full house cleaning is in order.

reports are Currie might have been as interested in putting in his name for the AD job at Washington State as he was about doing the job he had

Can't say I blame him after the abuse (deservedly so, I must add) he's taken over the last week. I wanted him fired for his ineppitude and incompetance in doing the single most important task he could do in his job. Let him go.

But if they get Currie and we get Leach, I see that as an even trade.

I'm not sure I like the headline... he wasn't undermining with the purpose to become the AD... he was to right the wrong and save the program...

Wonder what Johnny Majors thinks?
I suggested this several days ago, so ......

Things have worked just as Fulmer planned. Next step is to weasel his way back to being coach. Maybe he can hire himself!!

Are there any more details to this aside from Feldman’s broad tweet?
