The worst seat in the house at Neyland is 165 or so yards away from the end of the field. I don't sit in JJ but I do sit on the other side with a similar vantage point. I have no problem seeing the plays in the other end zone (around 165 to 170 yards away) and I can even see the ball when it is passed. I'm not sure at what distant the players will look like ants, but its not at 170 yards.

I'm certain that some of these seats are going to be too far away and binoculars or big screen watching will be required.

As for the screen size, yes this is not as big - but it is more centered so hopefully most folks will be closer. At Neyland it is over 260 yards from where I sit to the jumbo tron. Even when they only use half the screen, the view is just fine.

I was looking at the video of the field last night and I think the worst seats by far will be on the first rows in the mid point of high banks of the turns especially with the tents built up on either end of the infield. I would hate spending money and end up with those seats.
