We're rolling through Kingsport and traffic is pretty smooth on I 81.

Good to know fellas. Keep up the reporting. Planning to leave the house around 4:30-5.

I've been to sold out races and traffic isn't too bad. Roughly same amount of people so it shouldn't be different.

Ive been to plenty races at bristol at full capacity. The traffic going in is not going to real bad. Leaving is a different story dont get in a hurry.

Left Knoxville at 1 via bus and we're probably 5 miles away but in gridlock. Probably going to take 2 hours to go 5 miles at this rate. Glad we left early.

Granted I'm creative with backroads, but I've been to Bristol sellouts and it takes me longer to get to my car than it does to Jonesborough

We stayed in Newport last night. Took 321 to 11E. Made it to 2 miles from our parking until hit traffic.

Still a half mile from the bus drop off point. Still gridlock but plenty of time. There are a LOT of people here and more VT than I expected.

Race fans used to come thru the holler years back til they learned it ain't a short cut. Got to thinking about all the out of towners so I grabbed a beer and hit the front porch. Wasn't disappointed. Lot of fans rolled thru. Seen charter buses (lol) big rv's and lots of Power T's. Loved it.
