There is (a) stressing the a, hotel in elizabethton that people use for races. If you can get in there it's probably a little faster to get to than the ones on jc. I have no idea how much it is or how nice it is, but it is an option

Try to AirBnb a really big house close to the racetrack. That's the best way for a ton of people to travel together.

I think this is a great idea if you can find a big enough place. We're doing it for the A & M game in College Station, got a great rate within walking distance of Kyle Field. We've got hotel reservations for Bristol, but currently no tickets. Tickets-Bueller-Bueller??

It took 2 pages to come up with the obvious solution?

Just buy an RV. I personally guarantee you can find one.

I disagree with this 2-3 hrs statement, If this happens people don't know where to park

It always happens. Access to BMS is limited at best, and makes access to Neyland look easy. Even getting back to 81 can easily take 2+ hours.

All I can say is don't. Elizabethton is easy to get to, but trust me you do not want to stay in any motel there.

It takes me about 30 minutes to get out and back to Kingsport after a race. Learn the back roads. Google maps is your friend.

I am from Elizabethton- class of 66.. we came home for a class reunion and stayed where Traveler's Inn is now.. can't remember the name, Camara Inn or something.. Wasn't too bad but not familiar with the one up near State Line Road..

We're staying in Elizabethton for the Battle at Bristol & at Meredith Valley Cabins. Elizabethton sure has changed, that's a darn shame as it used to be quite a nice, safe place.

I met L. and all many years ago but he didn't remember me. I lived on E H St. We're looking forward to staying there, haven't been to Betsy Town in a long time, not since Daddy passed away in 2006 and we sold the house in 2007, Randall B. was our agent..

PrimeSports will be running a chartered bus from Knoxville 5-6 hours before the game to Bristol. Back to Knoxville after the game. Staff person and snacks on the bus. Price is $125/seat. This might not work for 12+ tickets, but for 2 people, it was cheaper than driving up, paying for parking, getting a motel room, eating out...etc.

Anybody used PrimeSports before? Newer equipment?
