We're better than taking a chance on an offensive coordinator.

If Butch does not get it done against Florida, he will never get it done. He will have 1 more shot against Alabama too.

We either have Tom Herman, Bobby Petrino, or David Shaw in the bag before we let Butch go. If we don't have a shot to land a proven winner then we keep Butch.

should have taken OLE Bobby P. when we had the chance. Turned 2 programs around and that Louisville team smacked FSU today and he has already proven he can win in the SEC.

Bringing out the money will never, ever, ever, EVER, happen. UT has had 3 chances to do that and screwed the pooch each time.

Yeah right! We will probably hire the coach from NDSU... The one thing we are consistent about is not showing the money on a big hire. Besides, didn't we just extend Butch? Yet another buyout!

Do you think Herman would come here? Realistically I think he would listen but better offers would also come.

I doubt he hire another head coach with a history with the NCAA.

David Shaw is headed for the NFL.

Oh like the others have said UT would rather hope to hit a diamond in the rough than pay big money for proof.

Agree. I don't care about his off field activities. He wins, and his offense isn't boring.

I was a huge Petrini proponent at the time too. Shame Hart was too much of a p***y to take a chance on a proven winner.

Tom Herman is going to be a home run hire for whoever gets him. Just a stud of a coach. I'm already jealous of whoever is lucky enough to land him.

I hope we got get Herman even if butch beats Florida!! Butch can recruit but can't coach he is a joke... Lower level talent has given us trouble all year and we are supposed to trust him to go beat The east? This was supposed to be our year and he has already showed us he can't do it

Houston will get a Big 12 invite. He ain't going nowhere unless Bama, Michigan, ND, etc. opens ups
