Bring Markeith Ambles Back?

The people that don't want Ambles accept our mediocrity.

He is nothing but a bust. 1 catch for 3 yards as a freshmen. Then he was moved to DB at the start of the next year. How exactly is he going to help Tennessee? He is a year out of football. A failure in the classroom and a clown off the field. Maybe Tennessee doesn't want Ambles for his mediocre talent and piss poor attitude.

Why would we want to bring in a cancer when we are finally getting team unity and very little off field problems?

After reading this whole thread, and spending literally seconds in deep thought, my answer is still no.

If Dooley wanted him I'd be fine with it. Talent is talent. But I doubt he would. This seems far-fetched. But would I love him if he was in orange?? Hell yeah I would.

But I wouldn't beg him to come here.

I think it's hilarious when people look at talent and say no.
We aren't in a position where we can tell 5* talent to find somewhere else to make highlights.

Do you honestly think that he would produce at a 5* level if he came here?

With the right coaches and the right discipline, yes. At the least, he could prove to be a great backup. Regardless, you take (possibly) elite talent when it wants to come in, as long as he knows who the boss is.
The difference between this situation and recruiting is that, if he wants to be here, he'll make the necessary adjustments, not the other way around.

I can agree with that. I think a coach has to go through the due diligence to consider these situations. I'm just not sure that he is a take after those considerations are made.

However, I am not paid to make those decisions.
