Bright spots:
Darrell Taylor
Daniel Bituli
Marquez Callaway
John Kelly
The offensive line (Trey Smith in particular)
Evan Berry is still the best kick returner in the nation
Trevor Daniel
Nigel Warrior

Dim spots:
Defensive Tackles
WR drops
Justin Martin
JG's attitude

QB didn't look bad to me either, everyone says he had a bad first half but he had a lot of drops in the 1st half from the WRs.

My only knock on QD is that he seemed to already have his receiver picked and then stared him down the whole time

Dim Spot. Abernathy's inability to finish at the rim. Or was that McDowell?

A few bright spots on D....Bituli, Taylor and Warrior all played well!

Disappointed in the Defense as a whole....particularly DT...

True. Couple times I thoufht it was going to be picked off since he was telegraphing so badly

Also, (especially early in the game) he was throwing behind our WRs. Seemed to do much better as the game went on

Not as bad as what Crompton would do. But it was very noticeable a couple times. Particularly on what was nearly a pick 6.

For his first start. QD did fine. Importantly he didn't make any costly mistakes. Hopefully it gives him some confidence and helps him mature in the role

Look guys quit bashing the DT's. We played the same 3 guys all night at DT, they got tired.

I saw a determination in QD that really impressed me. Seemed like when the whole team was down and out when it was 28-14, QD was still competing. I liked what I saw from him in the 2nd half, particularly the 4th quarter and OT.

I wondered about that. Shoop and Hoke know your allowed to substitute right?

It was good to see K-mac go at it all night. Never looked tired to me. Monster night for Bituli and Warrior who seemed to be in on every play. Trey Smith destroyed defenders all night. CJ suited up, went to work, and did his job.

Dim spot - CB #8 Martin

"over the top" aka moseley came in and did a decent job replacing him, saw at least one solid pass break up, then i noticed Martin back in the game, he has been an overall hyyyuge letdown imho

like a 10-15 yard cushion every play.....from my seats it seemed like he wasnt "all in" but then again he has seemed like that for his entire career here, yet coaches clamored all bout his maturity etc this off season, didnt see it
