I like the nickname "The ANCHORMAN" for our rising star Brian Williams. Of course this is in reference to NBC NEWS anchorman Brian Williams. The announcers even mentioned it last nite. "Big Baby" is over used. Lets be original!

He looked great last night. Stong on the boards. I just hope we get Crews back soon to help with inside depth. JP Prince looked stong as well.

He already has a nickname. It is "Death Star" or "the Death Star". I don't know the background of it, but that is his nickname.

BW looked amazing especially on the boards...but lets not forget that there were great assists to set him up for some easy buckets...so maybe HE was the missing piece to turn this squad into a team.

The basketvols- Are they playing down to the competition? our are we just not gelling as fast as some would like?

In an article Bruce said that when Brian set a pick it wasn't like he was setting a pick, it was as if he was so big/hard to move he was the Death Star.

Some nerds on the scout board decided to start calling him that.

BW needs to see a lot more minutes before conf play. He is going to be a great asset, but he needs seasoning.
