I hope what this transfer's claims is true. That she, not he, was the aggressor, and he had the physical results to prove it. These days, a fem can claim being abused if a guy sneezes, and she thinks he should have coughed. The result being, he is automatically judged as guilty of not only that, but droughts, tornadoes, and floods as well. I'm all in favor of the #MeToo movement that can help hold actual abusers to account. History shows all too well how men in general have trampled on women. I don't question that. I got sisters, a mom, grandmom, nieces, daughters, and granddaughters. I don't want any of them being trampled. However, we have more cases than is admitted of fems making false claims as they know they will often get away with it due to public perception, and general an anti-male attitude. So I hope what Bru claims is the real thing. Otherwise, I'm in favor of him keeping his butt off the UT campus.

I think we just shouldn't bring it up at all.

Speculating about it just keeps it alive for no good reason when it's impossible to learn the truth.

Bru is here. I will love him as a Vol because there is no factual evidence out there that can be brought to light to make me feel otherwise. Brining it up only hurts him and our program.

Long live Bru, his five star talent potential running into the cheggerboards all year.

This is a huge problem. Judges hand out these Restraining Orders like candy to any woman who claims to 'feel threatened,' no evidence needed. They are handed out ex-parte (only one side gets heard by judge). Women are abusing these 'orders of protection' as a Nuclear weapon before filing divorce, to gain a de facto divorce with full custody of kids, child support, assets and kick the man out of his home - no evidence needed. By the time the man gets a hearing, he has already lost everything and has little chance of getting a judge to reverse his decision to destroy the man without any evidence. Judges will always 'err on the side of caution' (protecting their butt) rather than admit to their previous violation of a man's rights.

Yes women getting TRO's are pretty dang easy, especially during divorces

Of course we don't know the whole story, but Bru had the bruises and scratches. Did she have any? Maybe the answer is why no charges were filed. Until more proof is learned, he will play football somewhere and it may as well be here.

Its pretty telling when the DA decides not to pursue charges. Hopefully they both learned their lesson and grew from it. He gets a fresh start at one of the best opportunities he’s had to show his talent.

I can’t wait to cheer Bruuuuuuuuuuuuu!!

He can hold baby ducks underwater for all I care, just dominate and Win BABY!!
If I ever end up in prison it'll be because I see some f*** head holding baby ducks under water or some such mess. It'd be a privilege to kill such a POS.

Well, you just repeated what I said, just more straight-pointedly.
