That's only because Gray's phenomenal RB talent has completely transcended the position of RB. If his high school or college team were to put him there, we'd be in danger of creating a black hole-like vacuum.

A top notch safety does need great athletic ability but you need talent at what the position requires. Your view point says any athletic freak can play safety. Whereas that should be flipped

My pick for breakout player is Rashaan Gaulden, with runner-up being a tie between Kyle Phillips and Nigel Warrior. I just don't think we'll be able to keep Warrior off the field and making plays, either at safety or on special teams.
