This really isn't a good sign and not cause to rejoice.

If it's true that Currie's final mistake was trying to hiring a quality coach like Mike Leach, what does that say about the type of coaches the administration wanted him to hire?

Please no Fulmer. He's one of the reasons we're in this mess. Has anyone every ****-canned a coach, then brought him back to a position of higher authority?

I said the other day, Fulmer schemed his way to be HC, and now he's been given a foot in the door he's probably doing the same w the AD job.

Where does that leave us as far as a new coach? They should make a movie of all of this stuff.....you can't make this stuff up!

We, as fans, don't know or understand the forces at play here.

We've been bashing Currie since the Schiano announcement. What if... Currie dug his heels in the dirt and said "Let me hire who I want" and then gets fired. I'd say we owe him an apology. (If it actually played out that way)

Fulmer was pushed out by Haslam.

I doubt Haslam would look his direction to continue the coaching search.

Currie is just a pawn in this whole thing. Guys need to look further up the food chain. Nothing will change until s coup takes place
