So let me get this straight ... Currie tried to hire Schiano and Dave Doeren, but we waited till he actually found a 1st Tier coach willing to come to Tennessee before firing him? Makes perfect sense.

I admit I want Currie gone and have no faith in his leadership, but Mike Leach is by far the best name we've seen thus far and with the exception of Gundy (who was never coming; this was his annual "try for a raise" by pretending to be interested in other jobs time), Leach is the only one we've heard that the vast majority of Vol Nation would be behind.

The only thing I can say is if the Currie coup is real and this means we're not hiring Leach, then we better go after Tee Martin. You can't pull this coup right now and not have Tee lined up.
