How do you have claim to your property.... isn't that through govt systems as well or do you want to just fight it out old west style to protect your property...You may not care who enters our country but I personally like it.

Governments don't grant rights. People had property before governments.

And why should you have any say over who I hire or house? What business of yours is it?

Yeah and the property was fought over with a gun or other weapons.....we are the United States of America.... it is our business who is in our country.

AG Lynch has told FBI Director Comey not to do this during the election. She and Obama are covering for Hillary. They know if Trump wins their programs are done. Obama is trying to save his healthcare program. Insurance companies are dropping it
and in some states there are very few companies left in each state.

It's not the governments business. The federal government should only serve as an arbitrator. My property rights supersede your dislike of foreigners.

.....and an even worse idea, if he buried a bombshell. That would look like he was hiding serious misdeeds. He needs to cover his ass, if Trump wins. He is doing his job, and either way he went, he was going to make somebody mad.

He may have been facing mass resignations from agents if he didn't re-open. How would that look if he hid the bombshell, and a bunch of agents quit, and then Trump wins? Then, he goes down.

Probably is a bad idea to a lot of people who serve due to political patronage and people living the welfare life. Not a bad move to citizens wanting to avoid the disgraceful Clinton handling of national security and wanting no more Clinton corruption.

Incumbents win all the time due to favoritism built into the system; Clinton is essentially the Obama incumbent - she's had the Obamas and every other trapping of power available working her side.

Amazing the reaction of some when the corruption boils over and the powers that be can't keep a lid on the stench of the corruption in the pot. Of course, most people have the intelligence not to put a full chamber pot on the stove to boil, but that is the Demo version of "let them eat cake."

If so, why wait almost a month, until 10 days left before the election, to reveal this? Breaking news is that this was known end of September-beginning of October. Why sit on it ???

If he wanted to take her down he would have done it already. He said yep she's guilty but we are not charging. Now he is probably pissed off.

I agree.


The effect of saying they are looking at it now is to falsely make it appear there is an issue. It's the equivalent of saying ten days ahead of the election that Trump is the subject of a tax fraud investigation, but saying we'll tell you why, in about a month.

They did investigate earlier to the tune of "that's all there is," "I don't recall," "we've turned it all over to you (except what we think we destroyed)," etc. The Clinton team wasn't forthright, they didn't cooperate, and unfortunately for them, they were't as smart as they thought they were.

Pretty much anybody with a brain knew the Clinton team was lying, but the FBI had to back off because of politics. For anyone else the security issue would have been open and shut - they failed to secure sensitive information - whether it was intentional doesn't enter into the equation for mere mortals. For anyone else Wikileaks would have cooked them more well done than Watergate did Nixon. Well, somebody opened the door on an unrelated issue, and skeletons apparently came tumbling out of the closet.

It really looks a lot worse now; they should have been honest in the beginning and then decided if they could repair the damage rather than risk a last minute situation like this. The Clinton team owns this one because of the way they played the game. But then politics is one big game of deniability and damage control because it's all about how to gain and keep power rather than an honest effort to manage a country for the good of the citizens.
