I dont have a problem with him water skiing, dont see how anyone could hammer him for that. I care more about his inability to win

Because the reason he will get 5 million buyout is because of an injury caused by his own bone head decision!

But not every coach needs to light a fire under his players butts!!! They havent played up to their potential and he needs something to motivate them!!! Kinda like Donnan when he rolled the steam roller on the field!!! If they play flawless and get beat by Bama so be it!! All this we didnt play good the second half or first half crap is getting old!! Motivate them and if they play their butts off and come up short it will go a long way!!! IMO

This is one of the goofiest trains of thought I've ever seen.

That's because your a Dooley lover and can't see the forest for the trees!

Well apparently Dooley is missing coaching time and won't be on the sideline during the most critical stretch of the season which results in loses. Now TN has the burden to pay his medical bills plus buyout hIs contract as a result of all these loses.

Water skiing? That's not what my sources tell me. I heard he was dumpster diving on the way back from possum hunting.

I've stayed away from all of this Dooley talk as much as possible because I disagree with most of it. Do I think all of this is Dooley's fault and he deserves the blame? Absolutely not. Do I understand why he gets the blame? Absolutely. Dooley isn't the one out there making (or not making) the plays. All he can do is put his players in the best position possible to succeed. Along with that, the coordinators and position coaches are even more responsible in that aspect.

So with all of this talk going on, I decided to talk to current players and former players who graduated last year and get their thoughts on Dooley. Not one of them said this is Dooley's fault and that he deserves all of this. In fact, when I asked them if he should get fired, none of them thought he should. They said Dooley has a good idea of what he is doing and that he will succeed if he has time.

So when I got those responses, I of course wanted to know who they would put the most fault on. Of course they all said themselves and that they are ultimately the ones out there. But they also said the coordinators deserve much more blame than Dooley. They said 90% of what goes on during the games are from the coordinators. Finally, They said Wilcox would have been great once he got the type of players he wanted.

Sorry this is so long but just wanted to give some insight as to how some players feel.

And also, the talk around the team is that the players do not want Gruden. They said they've heard he is an a**hole and doesn't care about his players. TIFWIW

You misunderstand. I think Dooley is in over his head and will be gone. I also think you're acting brain dead.

How does the school have a burden to pay his medical bills?

I'm not a huge Dooley fan by any means but some of you would find something to ***** about if the man cured cancer.
