BREAKING: Jeff Sessions Resigns

It should be alarming even to Trump supporters that less than 24 hours after the election result Trump is firing everyone in the chain of command on the investigation.

He is wiping it out. Very Nixonian.
You guys said Sessions was Hitler. Now firing him is Nixonian. I can't keep up with all the references.

I have no problem with him firing his AG. If he tries to interfere with Muller then he needs to be removed from office.

Depends on what "interference" is done. The screeching over Sessions has already included he was fired to interfere.

Then they would be wrong also. Put the new AG in place and let him/her deal with HotRod.
Rod is gone too. Book it. After that whole wiretap fiasco he should have stepped down then. Due to midterms looming I think Trump let it ride, but I think he’s gone now

Trump is making a mistake if HE fires HotRod.

It would take an uneducated rube to view what is happening with delight. One of those "if the shoe fits" scenarios.

Did you jump in to help LG out with that question or to just let us know that you think it’s downright despicable that JS lost his nice government job ?

By interference I mean stopping Mueller from completeing the job he was charged with doing.

Yep and that would be very stupid and dangerous. I would support impeachment proceedings if he fired RR.

You don't think that Trump will hire a hatchet man to shut this down?

Trump do something stupid? Never. He'll do it and get cheered by the redhatters.

What’s fun is watching the liberals jump up and down at everything Trump does or says . Like it or not he is the Boss and has every right to fire anyone under him for not doing a satisfactory job . If you don’t think so @Comey on Twatter and ask him .

Dershowitz just said that it is very unusual for a President to appoint a chief of staff to acting AG. Typically it would be the DAG (in this case RR).

The one thing we know about Trump is he doesn’t do “ usual “very well .

Depends on if the rumors were true or not or if he was involved in other shenanigans. But in any case that should be the call of the new AG.

That would be a problem. I wouldn't have a problem with the new AG demanding an update from the Muel and instructing him to get it wrapped up.

Didn’t we hear that RR had already told mueller to do that A couple of weeks ago ?
