Without steroids, that doesn't work past the initial few months of training - something he is well passed having been in a S&C at least since last December, and probably since high school.

There is an upper limit on the amount of protein the body can convert to muscle per day, which varies by body type. As skinny as he naturally is, his upper limit is relatively low for an athlete.

Any excess is partially passed and partially turned to fat. The body is much more reluctant to make muscle mass beyond an initial bump than most people think, and muscle mass is much more efficent per gram of weight than most people think.

Wow, did you read the part where I said:

AND

Wow, thanks for not paying attention to that info.

You can say WOW one more time. because I stopped with your opening comment. "Without steroids, that doesn't work past the initial few months of training"

FAIL

So you made a sarcastic remark about a post you didn't entirely read, I sarcastically respond to point out where I was talking about him specifically using your own language and I'm the one who fails because you took the time argue about something you didn't take the time to actually read to begin with and somehow that's my fault?

Alrighty then. I guess I fail.

Bray just seems skinnier than Manning. I think Bray has longer arms and legs. Manning has a longer torso.

I think Bray is a couple of inches taller than PM. At least it looks that way to me. In person, TB just looks skinny as a rail.

How is nobody else disturbed by this. If he eats even one child, I will not support him as our QB. I like winning as much as anyone, but sheesh!

I really don't see what you are worked up about.

He's only planning on eating the small ones.

Hell, HottiveVol, true to her screen name already volunteered anyway.

Damn dude. you're just ate up here. I made a remark about putting on wait. You said it wouldn't work, even though I myself and other work out partners have done it. Your whole argument about needing roids and it can't work, FAILS. thanks for playing. You lose.

BTW fyi I was commenting on what Bray said, he wants to put on 25 lbs next year. You can do that with what I said. WITHOUT Roids.

Ainge was 6-6 200lbs as a freshman and he still didn't look as skinny as Bray. Kid is a stick. He can sure throw the ball though.

Fine. I fail because you won't bother to read something you want to argue about.

I said he couldn't put on that much weight as pure muscle in the time he had with his body type when he already had worked out quite a bit and got his initial big gains without roids. I stated that very, very clearly if you read beyond the first sentence of my post, which you yourself stated you hadn't done.

If we were talking about M. Jackson or anyone else with a lineman body type, I'd say sure he could. If we were talking about a 15 year old kid who had never lifted weights before, I'd say sure that will work.

This is a skinny, lanky kid that already put on less than 15 - 25 lbs his first year of college strength and conditioning. He won't put on 25 lbs a year of pure muscle perptually no matter what he eats or how much he lifts. His body just isn't built that way. He can put on 25 lbs, but it won't be pure muscle. His body can't turn 500 grams of protein into muscle that way. He's going to pass it or turn some to fat.

I met Tyler and his dad in the spring. I told him he needs to eat at my house and Ill put some wait on him. He laughed and pointed at his dad. Holy crap, his dad is big!

Sine I obviously am clueless, let me ask you, how many consecutive years have you put on 25 pounds of pure muscle with your work out buddies?
