Tee completed 23 straight passes against South Carolina, in 98.....I don't guess since he was considered a running QB that does'nt count...A Record that still stands.....Bring in someone else besides Bray for runs..and NOT the wildcat...

Bray is nothing more than the UT version of Tony Romo. Million dollar arm, ten cent brain, worthless in the clutch. These last three years have been a therapy session. The entire UT football program coming together to teach Bray how to be a quarterback. I'm so sick of this. I can't remember an entire college team ever being held captive by the ridiculously slow mental/athletic progress of the qb. All I ever hear about is how Tyler gotta learn this that and the other.

Why is this pothead our quarterback?

BTW, I say all this, with the knowledge that if we had a defense that wasn't the human example of strainer, we probably would have won last night. Others, smarter than me, have already gone into tremendous detail as to the steaming heap of biomass that is our defense.

I remember Bray running 3 times this season. Hes fumbled twice & got hurt last night. Id just as soon he throw it away

Not exactly the offense there, so much as it's Chaney's fault. I mean it's not hard to notice that unless bray passes to CP, that any drive with 3 consecutive pass plays is gonna be a bust, three and out. Chaney's philosophy of go long or go home, paired with Bray's inability to be a successful scrambling QB, doesn't help out the already horrible and struggling defense.

Point taken. If we find ourselves in a goal line situation, Bray has the greenlight to run a naked bootleg. I don't, however, want to see him trying to be Steve Young. You can't do something that you aren't capable of doing. Bray isn't capable of being a running QB. BTW, Peyton's Bama bootleg was in 95.
