Bray haters

Bray also missed a wide open Hunter twice. Just saying.

Well I guess he threw behind him cause he is growing accustomed to hunter quoting on routes and not running hard routes. As I said before hunter showed poor body language against Florida and I haven't seen much change since. If he ain't getting the bulk of the balls thrown his way he pouts and complains.

I'd be pissed off too if my QB missed me when im wide open streaking through the middle and over throwing me often. I'm not a Bray hater but those of you bashing JH are crazy.

Bray wanted to win yesterday, and his demeanor down the stretch was a huge improvement from previous games. If he takes this experience and builds on it, I could see us winning out save Alabama. We are ALMOST there...

Almost... Almost... Almost... Almost...

You just keep crossing your fingers and saying your prayers and maybe one day we will magically win against a ranked team.

I guess all these slurpers think that we should have to wait for the other teams in the SEC get bad before UT can be good again

When I say "almost", I mean that it appears we are about to break through. We gave the #5 team in the nation more than they were expecting. What many seem to still forget is that talent wise, we still aren't stacked up with our fellow SEC bretherern. Heck, Gurley is a freshman, right?

Still, for all the whining and complaining, Dooley and Co. had the best game plan of their careers and used not as talented players to come close to an upset. The team wanted it and didn't give up. Any arguments that the team won't play for Dooley should be silenced. I truly believe we can win every other game we play this year, with the exception of Alabama.

Bray's problem is not a lack of confidence.. He is very talented and he knows it.. What he hasn't learned yet is that talent alone does not make you great.. He needs to grow up a little more.. In 'growing up' comes the discipline and the focus which eliminates the 'freshman mistakes' he still makes in big games..

IMO he is 'growing up' but he was setback some by injuries.. For him personally it would be better to return for his senior year so the maturation process can continue.. If he can continue to mature and become more disciplined and focused he will be a great QB with a promising future ahead..

You guys want to jump up and scream about improvement after ONE game.

Yet you attack people for pointing at Dooley's 0-13 or so record vs. ranked teams.

How silly is that? This isn't a personal attack on you.

I don't start all these negative threads. But the ultra positive posts are just as ridiculous.

They boys looked good last night. Let's see if it continues. I don't believe in Dooley at all, but I would still love to see our Vols win every game.

I'm not going to attack anyone for pointing out the short comings of Dooley or this team . . . . . . but I saw something in this team last night that I haven't seen in a LONG time and regardless of the outcome I can't help to be excited about.. I think that's what you were getting at in your last sentance..

Is it a sign they are turning the corner? I don't know but we will probably find out fairly soon..
