Bray has a lot of learning to do

He has a heart like a lion but he let the crowd get to him early. Then he showed he has no pocket presence. then he showed he has some Brett Farveitiss because he threw about 4 picks that were dropped. It is good to know where we stand now. He will improve. Overall not surprised we lost. We should get them next year.

REALLY? Outside of the First Pic he played a Great game. He lost is Best Receiver plus we had no running game. Plus he was playing in the Swamp.

What else could he have done?

Bray was lights out today. To bad our RB's and O Line Run Blocking wasn't.

Bray made some good decisions (avoiding 12 men in a huddle) he did made make some bad throws, but heck with a 30lbl'r handing on your back he plyed a HELL of a game.

The kid is an absolute gun slinger and I dread facing him next year once he has a full season under his belt. We got lucky he made the mistakes he did and WR dropped some balls. For his first game in a hostile environment, I thought he played pretty damn good.

It is sad when you have to rely on a gator to bring some sense to the conversation.

You're crazy. The kid played amazing considering everybody in the stadium knew he was going to throw. Compounded by the fact he didn't have his best player! Well done in my opinion...

Bray doesn't have alot of learning to do - the FANBASE does about having realistic expectations. Where are all the "Air Raid!" posters? Where are you, because all I hear are crickets.

Negavols(Realists) 1 - "Air raid!" - 0

I love how you're trying to come off as a prophet for picking the favorite to win the game. Other than a few people, noone "knew" we were going to win this game, however some thought we had a chance. Do us all a favor and find a cliff somewhere.

Obviously his timing was off. He lost a step in the pocket against the rush having to field all those snaps.

Ridiculous.

I would consider Bray a gunslinger like Favre so one or two interceptions don't bother me if they're up field. The first INT was a good defensive scheme and the 2nd was a desperation throw. I think Bray played well. He made some bad decisions but was a bright spot overall today IMO.

Bray played his ass off. No he wasn't error free. He's never played in an environment like that. He lost his #1 target. He had no running game. He was playing from behind the entire game. He had to grab a dozen snaps at his feet, which takes his eyes off what the D's first movements are for his reads, so his reads are slower. He was fiery on the sideline and showed some major competitiveness. I like a qb who wants the ball and lets his coach know about it. I guarantee DD likes that too.

To say he doesn't have pocket presence is ludicrous. I saw a few occasions when the pocket collapsed and he either stepped up or moved to create space to throw. Bray may very well be the best in FBS right now in knowing when to move and avoid. The sacks he took, the defense was almost on top of him when he looked up from catching the ball at his ankles.

Also, he didn't throw 4 picks that were dropped. Since they were dropped, they were not picks. I saw about 10 balls that went right through UT receiver hands.

Anyone that watched the game and didn't come away thinking Tyler Bray will be an elite QB and is already a great QB, seriously needs to check their football IQ.

Bray had a couple throws that should have been picked, but the kid was pressing, hell he had to. I think his first big game in a hostile environment was much better than it could have been.

I thought the way he played after the first interception showed some serious maturity for his experience level. Didn't get shaken up the way so many recent quarterbacks have. So much for the big deal the commentators made about this being his first game outside of TN.

He is the least of my worries. Tyler Bray is playing at a high level. His O-Line is who has a lot of learning to do..
