Bray discussion (merged)

I don't see why everyone is so against the thought of trying something different at QB. Bray obviously isn't working out, whatever the reason may be.

This is the first true experience he has had to do this. Bray will get better, you can not count Vandy or UK last year as comeback opporunites.

Personally I don't think Worley will ever be a good QB for us, flame if you must.

You heard it here first.

Yes, that was Bray's first game ever vs. a quality opponent that he was in position to beat on the final drive. Hell, Aaron Murray has never even beat a team that finished ranked, has he?

1. Worley struggled against uga...southern
2. we scored 37 points on offense (1 pick 6)
3. Bray has only had a chance to start like 14 games his career or something...not like he started from day 1 and is going on his 30th start against miss st
4. are you being serious or just trolling.

Tyler Bray isn't a problem, folks.

i cant believe this is even a discussion when we put up over 40 points (including a missed fg and xp costing us 4 points) and we are talking about if the quarterback is the issue...not to mention the numerous dropped balls.

Have you watched these games? Have you seen how many passes have been dropped? Bray isn't that good? MaryJuWanna is bad, Ummmkay!!

Yeah he had a couple bad drops Saturday but that still doesn't excuse him making the mistakes he's been making. I mean 6 turnovers in 2 SEC games is pathetic and then he misses Hunter on two wide open routes, Bray is just way overrated and giving the ball to Worley would not be a down grade imo.

Going off of these great assumptions about playing ability, I believe they should check the game film and bench anyone that was around the ball when we forced a GA fumble at their 1 or 2 yard line.....but didn't recover it!

GAVol. Can I hit the report button on someone for no other reason than just being a stupid ****ing thread and/or response?

Hell let's just start the third stringers and let the towel boy coach. Now that's "changing things up," and no more ridiculous than benching Bray.

If Worely started against UGA I doubt we score 21 (including our pick 6)

We had 200 yards rushing Worley would not have had to do it all. Bray consistently tries to force things and he's beating us. He even said in the post game interview that he's trying to hard and he's killing us. Every time he drops back to pass I feel like he's gonna commit a turnover. You cant win games in our conference and be as inconsistent as Bray is.

There was about 6 drops that I seen and two of his picks were tipped in the air by our WRs. Lane dropped a crucial first down catch. CP dropped a sure TD. Brodus missed a FG and PAT, so that's 11 points we didn't have and if Lane woulda caught that pass, it may have lead to another score. None of that is on Bray.

Bray is not perfect, but he gives us the best chance to win. He led the team to 37 points against one of the best defenses in the country. Benching Bray or firing the coaching staff is grasping at straws.

He had some bad breaks but he had 3 picks and 1 fumble. You cant win doing that period I dont care who you play. He's great one play and then god awful the next. I'll support whoever is our QB but I just dont think it hurts to let Bray know that we will bench him if he continues to play terrible.
