bray against the records

some of you really need to go back, so you can calm down and not get ahead of yourselves, and watch the 2011 kentucky-tennessee game again.

just to sober up a bit.

When you have fallen to the depths we have it is nice to remember the times that 10 wins was the norm. VOL fans can see the potential of a great passing game, if only everyone stays healthy and the defense can hold its own, this program might take off again this year.

i think all that is true too.

but, breaking records is a whole other deal

i notice you didnt take me up on the ban bet. i guess reality for your upcoming season is a B**** too isnt it?

i already won one ban bet and still feel bad about it because i really had no desire to keep a guy off his own website.

If our running game is absent again this year he will have to have superstar numbers for us to have a good season. I hope we don't have to rely on passing alone this year but who cares, Go Vols lets get the season started so everyone will quit speculating and our recruiting picks up.

these are peyton manning's numbers in 1997. i'll let you guess which numbers refer to yards, completions, attempts, etc.

287 477 60.2 3819 36 11 147.7

for bray to have any shot, tennessee has to make the sec title game so he can play a 13th game

but, i really had no desire to have the guy not post again.

Bowl game stats dont count? SEC championship and a bowl is 14 iirc.

What if he thinks UT beats UF, but Bray doesn't break any passing records?

Personally until I see our offense, I have little confidence we get it done in Neyland.
Chang offense to defense and I feel the same about our chances.

bray breaking records isn't as far fetched as i thought.

Yes they are far fetched. 13 games is the most he will get and outside the UF game PM didnt face the defenses Bray will if healthy all year.

I think it is more important that Hunter returns to form and Patterson comes as advertised. Bray has zero shot if it is just he and Da'rick.

Sec record for passing tds in a season

1. 40- andre woodson, kentucky, 2007
2. 39 – Danny Wuerffel, Florida, 1996
3. 37 – Tim Couch, Kentucky, 1997

How many of you would have lost there ass on a bet that Kentucky would have had two of the top three?
I know I would have.

Is that where you got the 99 in your name? I figured it was your bukkake record from last year.

I agree we look great on paper. We have more potential than any team I can remember on offense. But the competition Bray will face is better than what they faced. The SEC is better than it ever has been. I think he will end up with 3200 yards and around 30 tds.

I agree, I think 3200 yards is the ceiling, but that would be a big year.
