I heard that Brandon Warren has lost weight and going to be a big contributor this year. Ds anyone know how much he's weighing now and if he's more agile than before?

I think I heard that he weighed around 215 during spring practice. I was at the O&W and he did look pretty svelt compared to last season. Oh and yes he will be a big contributor, not necessarily because he's gotten so much better but because he he'll have no choice! He should make a good slot type receiver.

Warren is going to be on the outside a majority of the time, not in the slot. Kiffin likes big targets out wide and smaller speedy guys in the slot like Nuke and Teague.

slot outside who cares as long as he pays with heart that was what hurt us before

I think the whole team is going to play with more heart this year! Not a knock on Fulmer but our guys have not been worked hard enough to compete like we have inb the recent past. We were just out of shape!

Brandon will be a factor if a QB can get him the ball. With all the WR injuries lately its so important that the rest of the WRs have an E.S.P type of chemistry with the QB (whomever it will be).

I agree! I hope they are taking advantage of the summer and making sure that they have the chemistry to be successful this year. It's very important that the O-line,QB,WRs,and RBs are on the same page...unlike last year!

It will be Crompton. If he has matured mentally, which I can't imagine him not, and our OL can hold... Crompton will be decent this year if not better. We have Chaney overseeing the entire development process of these QB's even though Reaves is the QB coach. These guys have coached for a long time.

Warren & Crompton will have great chemistry. I can't wait.

We don't need a superstar QB on the team. All Crompton has to do is manage the game, keep the turnovers at a minimum, and throw enough passes to keep the DB's back away from the line of scrimage. With a good running game, and D, we will be OK.......not great.

He looked bad last season because we never seen him on the field, very seldon did he play...Brandon Warren is going to be a big contributor this season and I think he was going to be before the injuries at WR came along, he a big/lanky guy and I think he will be a good down field/possession guy

He does look slim! Hope he's picked up a step or two as well!
He's pretty athletic, he woudl be a tough match up for any LB at TE, if he put some more muscle on him and was a little faster

BTW, you and like 4 other people have the same avatar, it gets kinda confusing, but that's a popular picture lol

If you're saying I'm one of the 4, his isn't exactly the same as mine when you take a closer look, but they are pretty close. :)

I'm counting on Brandon Warren having a big season. Kiffin loves big receivers. I've got a feeling he's going to be pretty active in the red zone.

By the way... how many years of eligibility does he have left?
