Just don't understand why he doesn't get targets. Most of our talent is being underused. At least Jones is a focus.

I think Fulmer has shown an extreme resistance to take anyone's starting time and/or playing time based on performance. He's loyal to a fault; people who have seniority and have put the practice time in have to be pried out of the lineup with a crowbar, no matter how much more talent their backup has, or how much better they're performing.

I think in Fulmer's mind, Stocker (and probably Cottam when he's 100%) have earned the job. Warren's the new guy
