I think the oppourtunity to play football at Tennessee is enough motivation for the players.

That. Plus, almost no one gives a crap about what their jersey looks like while they're playing. If they are, then they obviously aren't focusing much on the game and don't need to be playing anyways.

Running laps when you screw up is a far better way to motivate players than giving them a blank jersey.
