#BoycottNRA

I wouldn't talk politics with you. I have Democrat friends and we don't go there.

Definitely wise. The majority of my extended family and friends are Republicans, we rarely discuss it, and when we do, we're very careful and respectful.

So you agree that the criminals will still acquire everything that you are wanting to ban (bad children) and that the law abiding citizens will be the only ones to follow the laws (good children). So you are all about punishing those who follow the law so you can feel safer?

I do not agree with this statement at all.
It is exactly what you advocate.

1A (right to assemble) needs to go away. No more than x number of people gathered together for y minutes. What are you gonna give up to keep that Loother?

I don't know the answer. Supposedly there is one. If there is, close it. If there's not, you guys have nothing to worry about on that particular issue. easy peasy
You are really something. You have no idea that even if there is a 'loophole', said 'loophole' must therefore without a doubt be bad and needs closing. 'Loophole' has a negative connotation, therefore if one exists, which you
readily admitted you 'don't know', it must be closed.

Are you a woman? We already know you are a liberal, so I am guessing by definition you are a woman as well. I almost hate writing that, because my wife has more testosterone than you.

So Delta donated three round trip charter flights for protestors.

But they have a neutral stance.

How is ending the NRA discount and offering free flights to the anti gun protestors neutral?

I would love to see someone from Young Republicans or March for Life tweet them about donating flights for upcoming events.

Turns out the 800k figure that was given to the media by organizers of the march was just a wee bit off, by like 600k.

From CBS News:

More than 200,000 people attended the March for Our Lives demonstration in Washington D.C. on Saturday, according to Digital Design & Imaging Service Inc (DDIS). The Virginia-based firm uses a proprietary method for calculating crowd size using aerial photos.
The peak crowd size was 202,796 people, with a margin of error of 15 percent, the firm said. The crowd reached its largest size at 1 p.m., according to the company’s estimates.

So sorry TnRibs, looks like more people, by a lot, turned out for Trump’s inauguration. Hopefully this ruins your day.
IT was called March for Our Lives?

bwaaaaaa haaaaaaaa haaaaaaa

I’m guessing the GA legislature would like to talk to the Delta board about their political views and tax legislation.

Luther is obviously a troll. He's getting schooled at every turn in this thread and yet he keeps on with his BS.
Frankly I think he is being paid to be here for the clicks he generates. (Sorry Freak.) It works. I would be willing to bet that if everyone didn't respond he would go away.

Went out fired off about 100 rounds out of my "assault rifle 15" in the back yard in honor of Luther.

:salute:

Edit: I fired off x rounds in y seconds one time.

1. "A march for their lies" ?
2. "No one would know your names"
3. Had a hero like Blaine been there your classmates would still be alive. Complete and total lie.
4. The media would then have completely and utterly ignored your story the way they ignored his. 100% total BS lie. I have seen numerous stories on Gaskill and his quick actions. Plus the two shootings were in no way similar. In the latter, the guy was specifically targeting his ex-girlfriend.

The whole statement is intentionally misleading and biased. I rate it as TOTAL BS.

Much like D4H, the fact that you consider it lies means it's absolutely true.

For the millionth time. (x, y ratio) let people sit down, discuss, and agree upon the exact numbers and definitions.

Loopholes - internet purchases, gun shows etc...

When you buy over the internet, the gun is sipped to an FFL who does the BC. When you buy at a gunshow they do a BC there.

But there is still gun violence in the UK. Btw, way to cherry pick. Let’s talk about France who has even stricter gun laws and a larger problem with gun violence. Why isn’t gun control working there?

Why didn’t the murder rate fall off after the UK banned certain classes if firearms? Why did knife attacks increase? Why won’t you admit that government bans don’t work? Why are you being intellectually dishonest with everyone in this board?

Wouldn't being intellectually dishonest imply intellect?

Nope. Look at every great social change throughout history. Almost always headed, or at least supported, by the youth. Youth didn't grow out of their anti-slavery phase. Youth didn't grow out of their women's right to vote phase. Youth didn't grow out of their gay acceptance phase. Youth didn't grow out of their integration phase.

Youth had nothing to do with 3/4 of those. Guess which one they were involved in?
