That's it. See no big deal. If the same person reports stolen guns again two months later, add a red flag to his name. If the same person reports stolen guns a third time....something is up.
A criminal wouldn't report it at all if that is your logic.
And if I do have guns stolen on different occasions, does that necessarily mean I'm a gun runner or a reckless owner? I could have my carry gun sitting in the car outside of a non-carry establishment and have the car stolen. 2 years later, have my house broken into and have those guns stolen. Does that automatically put me on a list for being a victim of crime?
