BOWL GAME - Belk / Music City / Liberty???

Are Jr. College early enrollees able to participate in bowl games/practices? (Specificly Alvin Kamara)

Stay Downtown, there's no reason to stay way out East.

Not to talk anyone out of staying downtown, but I live a couple of miles north of Wolfchase, and I can be at the Liberty Bowl in 20 minutes, max, and it's an easy drive.

Liberty Bowl already said they want UT the most out of all the teams. Although Music City would be nice cause I live 20 minutes from there.

Just curious, is this hear say...or is there a quote from a Libert Bowl Rep saying their top choice is Tennessee?

I have stayed at Embassy Suites in Germantown. It is not far from Liberty Bowl and is in great area.

Wolfchase is ok. Inside the 240 loop is ok. Stay at Westin close to Beale.

Good grief don't say at Wolfchase unless you want to fight mall traffic everyday and drive 2 hours to the game.

Stay in East Memphis - safe, plenty to eat, and close to bars

or Stay downtown, lots of stuff to do and generally safe but more expensive

If you want to stay cheaper stay out in Germantown but this is a farther drive.

You can get on the interstate and get to the game pretty quickly but it is not as close as staying in East Memphis.

Liberty v. Texas please. I'd be so excited to see my alma mater (Texas) play my wife (and most of my friend's) alma mater I probably wouldn't be upset if Texas lost.

We need a strong presence in Memphis for sealing the border. I like Liberty for this reason. It would be nice to play a storied program but probably want happen.:dance2::dance:

Not that these mean much of anything since SEC makes final decision

The Citrus Bowl will be able to choose between Missouri, UGA, and - if the committee doesn't put them in the Fiesta/Orange/Cotton/Peach - Ole Miss.

No way that bowl's committee picks Missouri with those other options.

I would like to see us playing in the Belk Bowl vs N.C State for a couple reasons.
First, 7-6 looks much better than 6-7 and I like our chances against State as opposed to playing Texas or West Virginia. Second, I would actually be able to watch the Belk Bowl since it's played in the evening when everyone is off work! GBO!
