Hadn't saw anyone mention it, so thought I would throw it out there. Yet another reason to celebrate and beat Alabama.

Crazy to possibly be bowl eligible this soon. What's really awesome is even with a Bama and Uga loss we would most likely go 10-2. That would give us a New Years Six Bowl. Been a long time since we've drank Orange or tasted Sugar. Damn it feels GREAT to be sitting at the table again.

Yes, and with us already having a Bye week, it makes the 6th win fall on the same week we play Alabama at home.

Had we not had a Bye, the 6th win would have been on the road at the LSU game.

Every single projection has Tennessee in the Sugar Bowl against Oklahoma State on NY's Eve. And since they all have Georgia and Bama in the playoff, that means they're all projecting Tennessee to go 10-2.

We'd beat Okie State. 11-2 and a Sugar Bowl victory would make me pretty happy.

Exactly - was thinking yesterday of years past when about this time of the year, start searching schedule for where we could find 6 wins. Sometimes thinking it was not possible, and honestly a couple years hoping we did not so the pain of the season would be over more quickly. Utterly amazing where we are now compared to just a couple years ago !

We will go 10-2 if we just take care of business against some really bad teams. Kentucky would be the only real challenge outside of Bama and Georgia but with the game in Knoxville I feel we have that one in the bag too.

The only thing that can hose us IMO would be Hooker getting hurt and having to rely on Milton. If that happens all bets are off and we wind up in the Music City bowl again.

Indeed, we have lately been sweating out Vandy or KY games to determine if we go bowling. This is MUCH preferable
