not any more.

and we rolled GA who did beat VAndy, who beat SC on Saturday in Columbia.

the sec is just whacky this year, and if you think you have a solid read on this game sat. night, then you're lying to yourself.

Btw.. just becuase this rule works in math, doesnt mean it works in college football.

UT > GA > Vandy > USC...

USC > Kentucky > LSU > Florida > UT... How about that one?

i believe that was my point, that none of that mattered as it pertains to the teams you've played/beat and their opponents played/beaten.

each game is taken as a single event, doing anything else is just plain dumb.

South Carolina NCAA Ranks

Pass O -62nd
Run O -98th
Total O -93rd

Pass D - 1st
Run D - 82nd
Total D - 30th

Tennessee

Pass O -30th
Run O - 68th
Total O - 36th

Pass D - 84th
Run D - 65th
Total D - 80th

I could be wrong, but to me, this looks like another Bama type game. A struggling O with a good D.

The Vols didn't show up to a HUGE game, what makes you believe that they will show up to a game that doesn't mean as much?

If UT has more than 30+ rushing attempts, and gets at least one big play on D or special teams, we roll.

Now lets see what Cut has learned...

So far the pattern I see is if Tennessee gets off to a quick start and there are no turnovers then Tennessee wins big, if there is 1 turnover or 1 adverse play and it is a close game at that point then the coaches slump their shoulders, the players see that and slump their shoulders, we fold and lose big. So far that is the only discernible pattern I have seen at this point of the season.

UT in bigs game this year... 0 - 3.. we have not even come close to showing up. I think we have lost by more then 100 points. Who are you trying to kid here? Our coaching staff gave up and sent our team a message during bama. Btw, When was the last time Fulmer showed he was worth a damn and beat a Spurrier?

It seems to me that I remember a lot of people making a big deal out of the UGA game. But I guess since we won that one, it doesn't count as a big game.

i think the sentiment about the GA game was warranted, but for many it was also understood that each SEC game left on the schedule would be under the same scrutiny as far as the "bigness" of the game.

win and advance. Lose and all hell breaks loose. i think that rang true for each SEC game left, not just the GA game. the GA game just happened to be the 1st one on the list after a bye week.
