Dave Hart sets the fund raising on the atheltic side and it is managed by atheltic department.

University still has over sight as it has for 18 months..

The item was on the consent agenda at the end of the meeting. They did not discuss it but voted for its approval. From what I can read, it appears that this put the control of the fundraising in the hands of Cheek rather than the foundation. I hope I'm wrong, but this would seem to be a very bad thing.
