Is this game still worth it if u don't have anybody to co-op with? I've been wanting it ever since I heard about it just don't play much online and don't want to buy it if single player isn't worth it. Thanks.

I havent played single player yet but looks like it would get lonely, plus theres not much of a story to hold you in.

This game is basically FFXI... Build-up your character to take on the next boss etc, and fight a few smaller opponents along the way. SP and MP are exactly the same but help is good to have in certain areas!

Just got the game late last night so I decide to play a little while b4 I gotta go to bed and come to work this morning. Got a little was into it and heard someone say if I see a bandit with a skull to run and two seconds later I see one and decide that I'm going to try and kill it lol bad mistake. That dude chased me all over the place and somehow made it to the respawn checkpoint so after it killed me its waiting on me to kill me again. So I've played for like 30 mins and been killed about 4 or 5 times now. Sorry bored so I thought I would ramble on about it on here.

Man that sucks..had that happen in RE5 to me..i'd restart the mission or invite friends in before you start it to help you out.

So this game is real good it does get a little lonely out there in the middle of nowhere though. Hope to get some of my friends to get this game so we can play co-op should be a whole different experience. Still without co-op I love this game

I played through recently with my friends. It was a pretty cool game, but I wouldn't use the in-game voice chat. We talked over vent, so it was a lot clearer. But we all had a lot of fun; it's definitely a "bring your friends" game.

Rented this Wed. Currenty a level 15 sniper. Been playing nothing but the single player game because I didnt want to jump into the game and not know what the hell I was doing and because Im afraid of 'loot whores' making me want to break something. Im sure it would be fine if you played with people you know and but I see a situation where people could be real dbags with the drops etc.

Level 32 now...game is still sweet but does lack a great story line with video/movies as you go. That would be the one thing I would add.

Giving this one a run right now; yeah I know I'm late to the party.

Single player is pretty lonely, but still a blast. Gonna try co-op today

I actually just picked up a GOTY edition of the first one for about $14 so my brother and I could rumble through some offline co-op and then take it online also, this game is ridiculously fun. I'm now anxiously awaiting Borderlands 2.
