One thing I don’t understand is why she is throwing shade at Brazzell that’s what I gathered when she was talking bout social media and getting thrown under the bus..

I'm assuming it's because Brazzell didn't get in as much trouble with the team as her kid did? What's sad about this whole thing is all he had to do was show up to the team activities on-time and do what the rest of the guys were doing. They're doing this to themselves it sounds like to me. Very sad. They are affecting their own ability to make the money. Just don't say anything and collect the check. It's like biting the hand that feeds you.

I am so thankful that Boo and I are not brothers. His mom is toxic. I would crawl under the turf and cover myself up, if she was my mom. SMH

Tony Basilio is reporting that Boo has been late to couple of practices since being allowed to return to practice and is back in CJH doghouse. He also speculated that this may be related to the recent flare ups of the momma on social media....please spare us the Basilio hate.

I’d be shocked if CJH has the time or pays any attention to the social media posts of his players’ parents. Can’t imagine he’d hold his players accountable for their parent’s behavior. Boo’s standing with the team and coaching staff will almost certainly be a result of Boo’s actions. JMO

You have it backwards. Whether you agree with them or not, most people on here are Vol fans. Boo’s mom is not a Vol fan, she said so herself.

Probably true for the most part but I can think of one recent case where the parent's (Big Nick) behavior had direct effect on the player’s standing with the team. Pretty sure Josh got really tired of dealing with him.

I always admired Archie Manning. He had 2 superstars as sons, but he never interfered with their football careers/choices. And I'll take a wild guess that he knew more about football than Boo's mother and Nico's father. I remember Fulmer saying that Archie often fell asleep during their meetings. 🤣 🤣 They should take some lessons from him!🤪

Afterall these men are 18 or older. Men that age are fighting in our armed forces and often have to make more important choices(without mommy and daddy's advice). In addition, they don't have the luxury of a portal to correct their "perceived" bad choices!;)

Problem is that just because games begin doesn't end the potential for drama/issues. Imagine making Carter a focal point on special teams, defense and incorporating him into the offense. Let him feel like you really can't afford to lose him. Think he might push the envelope yet again? As a coach, do you really take that chance given his history to date? How do you trust him week to week....or even play to play? Pure insanity.

Didn't hear about Brazzell being mentioned by the mother or player. If that's accurate, no way no how can Heupel let this go on.

Far from it. But every “screw up” I had, my father either beat my butt or I paid the consequences. I don’t recall ever “he’s just a kid” .

You can’t read evidently. I’m holding Boo accountable for what Boo did.

But if he's not showing up to practice on time and not doing what he's supposed to be to be back on good terms within the locker room then he's a distraction and you can't have that, his mom is something else but if the council wants him gone he'll be gone
