Just seeing too much of it. Parents who have no clue about raising kids. Mine certainly weren’t perfect but they ended up in good shape raising families of their own and I’ve been blessed to see it. Guess I’m just getting cranky in my old age.

I saw the front end of the age of affluence too. Glad my kids made it out on their own before it proliferated. I am blessed to be able to bounce such issues off my Dad, still kicking at 85. Id guess getting cranky and resisting change are things to which we are all subject.

I actually wonder how long it's going to take before that becomes a thing - coach in SEC likes player in B1G, contacts coach in B1G and says I'll give you player X and his NIL package along with player Y for player A and his NIL deal.

I'm sure there are anti-tampering rules and such in place, but it's only a matter of time.

The only problem is the players, not the coaches, hold the cards currently.

It's more like player A calls player B and says "I'm done here. You can come here and deal with this and I'll go up there and deal with that."
