Boo Carter (Status, Rumors, Updates)

Lol.
Of course not. They aren't "his" rumors. He's just sharing what he's "heard".

There is a demographic of fans who really enjoy the drama. The soap opera intrigues them especially during the off-season. It's fun. I get it.

Destructive rumors and drama is better left to settle in my opinion. It doesn't do anything constructive for the program.
Seems like you’re cherry-picking. What did Basilio say that guys on 99.1 didnt say? They all said there was an altercation. They all said there was a chance Boo wasn’t going to be on the team moving forward. Basilio just said it first.

Heard some details on the news earlier. Sounds like a really bad deal that will at best handicap his ability to be physically active. It sounds like they removed his bladder requiring him to have some sort of artificial means of passing Urine. One person said that the typical survival time for someone with that kind of cancer is 5 years after surgery.

My wife is battling stage 4 breast cancer right now. I know more about the topic than I ever wanted to.
First off, I hate to hear that about your wife! I’m a survivor of 10 years now but starting to have some pain again so I’m not sure what’s in store but I do know the effect is has on family. Prayers are with her!

Also hate to hear that about Deion, love or hate him, he is still a human and cancer is a MF.

Elite talent can carry you thru situations that lesser talented players would not get. Not pro Boo just stating how it is in sports. Always been that way from my playing experiences, which go back aways.
Probably correct. Weren't Dale Carter and Carl Pickens both players with "issues" that were mostly tolerated because of their talent, even by a tough disciplinarian like Majors? I also think some coaches can handle malcontents better than others. Jimmy Johnson seemed to be able to handle big volatile egos pretty well, not allowing it to infect the locker room. And, I hate to admit it, but so did Barry Switzer.

Praying for your wife SJT.

Cancer is evil

Per AP

I can confirm that he is back in town after spending the last few days in Chattanooga… He arrived in Knoxville today. Tennessee reports back as a team this evening with a mandatory team meeting around 8:30. So what does this mean? It simply means he is in town, which is the first step of any of this stuff. It is certainly a positive indication that he very well could be there for this team meeting tonight.

I have no idea what IA going in with this kid. I appreciate his talents and what he brings on to the field for us. With thar said, if he wants to leave like Nico, I don't care. This kid has been drama since signing day. I mean, he was even interested in going to Colorado at one point lol. Boo has a really good situation going for himself right now. He's at a good school and is performing well. Why in the world would he want to jeopardize stability? Yeah, maybe get more NIL somewhere else, but that's not a long term solution. Tennessee is preparing this kid for a GOOD NFL career

Don’t think he, or his family, think about any future other than tomorrow.

No doubt, I am.
Nobody creates posts about what the guys on the animal have said. So, I am responding to the thread about Basillo's pot stirring (my opinion).

Kind of like Nico.

Now Nico might not even get drafted and that's not to be funny or spite. He's playing with a really sh*tty team that has one of the worst offensive lines I have seen since that year when Butch didn't recruit any offensive lineman.

How much does nico weigh again? Kid is a toothpick and it took him a while just to get him looking like a more acceptable form of a toothpick

Sad that it's come to the point that a kid attending a meeting or workout is now a "newsworthy event". What the heck has happened to the college football we once knew and loved? I don't recognize it anymore.
I think of players like Eric Berry and how honorable he was to this university.

Easily my favorite Vol!
