Again if Boo is back with this team it would be bc the team takes him back. Culture is accountability for mistakes not cutting a kid for making mistakes. Ultimately though when a kid has alienated himself it’s on the team to say if he’s back or not. 18-19yo kids screw up all the time, if you cut all of them for mistakes you won’t have a roster. At the same time you can send a message that this bs won’t be tolerated.

I said in my original post that I didn't know if any of this is true. What I meant is players with more talent usually get a little more slack than those with less talent. There is hypocrisy in that when the coaches say were all one team, no one is bigger than the power T. That's what I was saying maybe with too much hyperbole.
