If Mike Keith was making fun of TB it would have been more like 3 decades ago. The Titans came to Nashville 28 years ago, Mike actually worked for the still Houston Oilers as a scoreboard host in ‘96 (damn I’m old)

FWIW TB had Mike Keith on the show in the spring for probably an hour for a “welcome home “ event .

It's not that important to me, but when I listened to Basilio's show and Mike Keith's show back in the mid-to-late 90's (Keith left for the Titans job in the summer of 1998), it was evident who the professional was (Keith), and who was mostly just spreading rumors and talking out of his butt (Basilio).

.... and Basilio's "Lovie Smith is on a plane headed to Knoxville" tale is one of the most mocked false rumors on VolNation.

The man has diabetes and has lost a couple of toes to it and blood clots. It's a helluva commitment to an excuse to get toes removed to make it look good.
