Boo Carter will be playing football this season at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. He will be a MOC.

Yes, he's undoubtedly concerned with views which isn't unlike ESPN, Fox, CNN, etc. You act as though that's awful. It's actually common for anyone who has any kind of media show.

No one, absolutely no one makes you watch or listen nor take seriously one bit of any show from anyone. Want to hurt TB or any other broadcast? Ignore it and any mention from or of it.

Plenty of goofballs start podcasts/video shows and disappear fast because they are ignored. This guy hasn't disappeared because people enjoy his schtick. Good for him for longevity if nothing else.

I'm not defending TB specifically but I'm saying he's harmless. It's not that big of a deal whatever he or others might say as long as he's not advocating crime or violence or whatever.

Yeah the team is pissed and probably over him.

Nico was just a few months ago.

Let him decide his future somewhere else....

We're not at Ohio States level.

But we absolutely found a QB to duplicate at least Nico's production from 2024. Not to mention the talent of Merk and GMAC
And
We have dudes that can play NB. That can be PR and more than just fair catch. And we have guys that play slot WR. Ethan Davis, Braylon Staley, Joakim Dodson, Star Thomas can all operate out of the slot.

This isn't Dooley s UT.

We're a talented and deeper team than you're giving credit for

I will say….. I’ve talked to one of Boo’s previous high school coaches, and he said boo is super serious and does not play around. Now granite he may have had a change, but I’m gonna put my belief on this, and hope whatever the issue may be gets straightened out.

Plays a true freshman. Transfers because BS.
Goes to KState for moral support for Arthur.
Gets into the NFL but never really developed the way he could have.

I can go on and on and one about talented kids making stupid a__ decisions and having nothing in their future.

I think Boo realizes now that he's stepped in it and yes, practice starts in days and he has an entire locker room pissed off at him if he walks back in it and a coach who has apparently been calling and he's been ignoring.

Whatever cards he thought he had probably aren't playable. If he looked at UCLA, they might've says "thanks but no thanks, we've already got our problem parent..." Louisville may have said "we only allow so much baggage and you're over the limit."

If Boo is stepping down from P4 level to somewhere like UTC (back home,) he's not going back as a hero but as a guy who got told to walk and went home to Momma and he's not going to be flashing that all over social media.

They knew the risks obviously and trusted the culture they are building to win out in the end… history is filled with great players who come with risks some workout very well and others don’t… I think you have to get as much talent as you can in the sec… it is much much harder in the NIL era to have success with these types of guys though as usually, in the past, they have to overcome adversity in some way to truly change.. now kids can just leave and not have to deal with any adversity and are getting rich before the nfl… why do you think Saban left? He often took players like this and molded em but that was about to become significantly more difficult.. so before you really criticize our coach take into account the landscape he is coaching in.

I’m not going to attack the guy personally, because I have no idea what kind of a person he is, but I will attack what college athletics have become, specifically college football, and it’s damn disgusting!
WTH are we even doing at this point?
Does anyone know what’s going on or do we just throw 💩 against the wall and call it college football?
College football is a joke now.

Exactly. He's shown himself to be undependable and not fully committed to the team/program. Forgive the analogy, but would this be a guy you'd want to share a foxhole with when the bullets start flying? Who's to say he won't check out again when things get tough or he gets pissy again? Might be a talented kid, but I don't see any way they can depend on Carter going forward. There can't be enough trust in him to give him such a prominent role in our game planning can they? And how do you let Carter pull this then play him over kids who've been bleeding and sweating with their mates all summer long? You do that and you nuke team chemistry and lose the respect of your roster.

I'm being repetitive, but Heupel is already playing with house money due to Nico. For the culture and Heupel's future, he really only has one choice that makes sense. Carter has to go.
