The only ANIMALS that approach Basilio level obnoxious are the 3-7 guys. No Pulitzer’s for the rest, but tolerable. They do not rumor monger or stir up the Vol bottom feeders. They may reference a rumor, but typically don’t support unvalidated crap like this stuff in this BOO thread.

Transferring out of a school happens all the time...

Damarius McGhee transferred out of Kansas on July 2nd and committed to Florida Atlantic on July 18th. We will see if he plays this year or not.

I used to listen to Boogie but then all he does is repeat stuff I already read here but the one thing that turned me off for good from him was when he had that long intro and people posted in the comment section to shorten it and he pretty much said it's his channel and he'll do what he wants(no exact words what he said but similar) I unsubbed and haven't bothered again

Plenty of stuff happens behind the scenes that you have no idea about. Kids have real world problems. Most of these problems are dealt with and don’t benefit from being made public. Basillo makes money off strife within the program; I’m just not a fan of that. A good bit of rumors that he circulates are just that rumors.

Name me one specific act that Swain referenced! All I heard is some vague reference to FOOTBALL related issues. NOT fast cars, NOT domestic assault, NOT threats or demands.

I AM GUESSING it is effort related for a guy that wants to be an offense, defense, and special teams star. That will require time investment in three rooms regardless of level of his physical gifts.

I would gladly tell Basilio and 90% of the Knoxville sports media what I really think of them if I saw them in person.... those assclowns need to be called out, especially guys like Adams and Rucker

I agree, His haters seem to think he is a journalist, and he's not. I’ve known and listened to him since 95and he's entertaining and real. He’s had some not good info at times, which he admits and pokes fun at. Nobody in Sports entertainment/media in Knoxville has given more to the community than that guy. He makes this stuff fun and he does not take himself too seriously. I agree that the hate for him on this board is pretty tiresome. I get that he’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but he’s made a nice career here doing what he’s doing and he has helped a ton of people along the way.

Head the first to say that Dubar was going through some horrible things and it wasn’t behavior or performance issues. He didn’t say what losses he experienced, but he hinted that he’d suffered loss. A couple Guys on 99.1 were saying it was a performance or work ethic issue. Tony knew but didn’t say what it was, but he was quick to point out that people need to back off the kid for not living up to the hype.
