Speaks to where their minds are. You get a deal, agree to the deal and then you set about earning your pay. Some have their focus on social media, rattling cages hoping for shake some more money from the NIL tree. They've shown who they are and what they're about. Nobody didn't say don't pay these young men but teams and coaches shouldn't have to sit on edge of their seats wondering if this guy or that guy is leaving because of money... I worked 35 years for one company and had many offers to go elsewhere but I loved my job.

You can't cap earning as ruled by the courts.

You just need language in the contract to punish coaches. Most already have buyouts
