Bombs found at Clinton and Soros Homes

Been out of the loop, sitting in meetings. This guy sure seems like a fringe lunatic. Both sides have them. Just takes a push. That said, can't see how Trump could be considered at all responsible. I think he should strongly condemn it, but apologize? No.

This "bomber" situation should teach us a lesson as a nation. For 48 hours, this board, my facebook feed and the fox news taking heads talked about how this had to be a democratic conspiracy because it was too obvious and the bombs didn't work. Considering the outcome, calling the left stupid, on this basis, turned out to be quite ironic.

Then the arrest. Now this board, the facebook feed and news are filled with this is a lone crazy and you cannot judge us all by his actions. That is true, it would be wrong to judge the collective by the insane acts of a lone nutjob. But I can judge you by the fact you were willingly and stupidly calling it a vast democratic conspiracy. Some still persist.

Now, I'm not singling out Republicans because the Democrats and the talking heads on the other news networks are now shrieking about how the media and Trump are to blame. This is not Trump's fault. It is not the media's fault. It is obvious that the liberals have learned not any lessons from the Republicans.

It is and always was a single nutty guy. We should learn to denounce such actions collectively and not always be looking to blame liberals or conservatives.

Right and wrong, people. Keep your eye on the ball.

Post 1

But I've been told that it is just liberals who are crazy...

Yup, it was my post. My point being that crazy isn't a right/left thing. It is a crazy thing. Sending "bombs" to folks doesn't represent liberal or conservative ideals. It is just wrong. Nobody supports it, but many are seeking to assign blame. A lot of the banter on here I assume is just that. We all like to stir the pot for fun. The talking heads on the news, shouldn't be pot stirring so I have to assume they are serious. Instead of talking about how to catch this guy we've engaged in a few days of trying to attribute his actions to a particular political party.

In your first post you put the blame on righties. The. You go one to say not to point the finger.

If you are, it's because they have had a gutful of the protesters and the Senators at the Kavanaugh hearing, the treatment of Republican politcians while in public, the constant attacks on Trump by Hollywood, the tv talking heads, Dem politicians, etc. It is called pushback, and you all have been asking for just that. I hope you're happy. It was only a matter of time before some person fought back.
No kidding.... how much BS can the media spew? Everytime I watch the news it's anti-Trump rhetoric.... and most of it is petty

Lou Dobbs of Fox Business was pushing the "false flag" narrative hard on Twitter yesterday. It's very unprofessional and it shows what is really important to him is political partisanship - not journalism or getting the facts first.
It is unprofessional. So are the questions to Trump asking him if he’s responsible.

People on the far left think this guy is representative of all conservative white men, even though this guy isn't white and apparently is only political in the sense that he registered as a Republican in 2016 after becoming enamored with Trump. People on the far right will continue to look for holes in the story and see a conspiracy, even though it's apparent that this guy targeted Democrat figureheads for some sort of political reason. The only important question is how does this affect the perceptions of the independent centrists whose participation, or lack thereof, will determine the outcome of many of the competitive races next month.

Simply shows how polarized the country has become. It's unfortunate.

I agree. he was making bomb threats as far back as 2002. Trump did not push this guy over the edge.

You're an admitted socialist..... You yearn for the government teet.... to tell you what to do... to provide for you .... you can lie to everyone... but you cannot lie to yourself .....
Aren't you the one who worked in wardrobe at Opryland? I keep getting you guys confused.

Well you know because of Trump he did a.l of this. There is no personal accountability in todays weak society. Everyone else is to blame. Like this situation. The guy is a so called Trump supporter, well that means its Trumps fault. Not the person who actually did it. Everything bad in the world is Trumps fault now.
Don’t get me going on personal accountability. You are dead on man. I can’t stand it when people try to blame others for their own actions and I’m doing everything I can to teach my sons to accept responsibility for their actions. That’s the very reason our society has become so litigious.

I don’t think it’s as bad as the MSM portrays it, message boards are such a small sample size.
I agree, but it's still far worse than it's been in at least the past 50 years.
When you say MSM, you're including Fox and the other right wing sources I hope.

This is what I was asking earlier and haven't seen answered. How long has he been unhinged? How long has he been politically fringe?

Where do you see that he's been making bomb threats since '02?

Thx
