Bobby Osbourne singing Rocky Top Saturday?

That would be one half of the Osbourne Brothers who first sang Rocky Top. The other half was/is Sonny. I don't know if he's still living or not.

Yes he is. He will be performing Rocky Top with both the Pride of the Southland and the Alumni Band.

I know the band has some kind of event tonight that he's performing at, so it would make sense for him to be here tomorrow as well.

I am glad someone else thinks that "woo" is a joke. I know the Bryants did not have it in the original version. One of my buddies likes it but he also has major concerns with Kiffin because of the visor!

Wow--he is from Kentucky. I think he was a UK fan until he got rich off Rocky Top. Probably still in the closet.
Dude must be 80. Sonny died appx 10 yrs ago. I just don't remember his name as Bobby, though. There won't be a woo in it-----from him anyway.

Correction--Sonny, the bearded banjo playing brother, is evidently living--just retired in 05. Bobby is the lead singer.

Don't know Bobby Osbourne or his brothers, but maybe he could get Ozzy to do a duet.
