Count me shocked if they start JG....I fairness I watched the game hoping he could do something with this team...seems like he does a few plays and then everything flies apart and he starts falling apart with it....

Here is a fact....When I used to bowl....at the beginning of each game i did well but from about the 4th frame on it was all down hill from there...never could figure out why...all kinds of splits...that's a true story...as I recall there was only one game where I continued to bowl well and hit my lifetime high...
That's about what JG is like...so I can relate....

I’m not sure the game will slow down for him enough in two weeks but if he’s able to get to his B game vs Georgia (should he start) the the defense will get more rest just by sustaining drives. The difference in playing style can mean the world to both sides of the ball. Today was his D game.... trust me.

That is the only damn reason to continue with JG. 2 out of 3 he will not cover the spread. Easy F'n money.

No that’s if he does. That’s the point. If BM establishes himself this year we lose JG and possibly Bailey. Leaving us with BM, JTS and The Maryland transfer.

You have to be either just having fun defending JG or making money off the Vols being down.

No other reason to push to not play BM.

Agreed. That benching him was dumb. What are you telling the guy, you don't have confidence in him. Let him roll JG can pout. I don't care

I am completely on board with it. JG is horrible. Here is my take. I have no problem with going with BM from here on out.

I mean we know that there is zero chance we can go to a bowl game. Let the guy play. At least with BM you know he is a true FR and mistakes are to be expected.

If BM isnt given the starting job and Bailey does sign. BM should see what his transfer options are

Uncalled for (I assume that you are talking about JG.)

He went through a lot (continual OC and HC changes, weak OL), and the results show. We whine about BVS; he’s the epitome of the Battered Vol.

He isn’t what we need to move forward, but I thank him for his time on the field. I don’t believe that you would have handled it better.

I’m not saying he’s perfect. He’s just the result of the pathetic maladministration of the football team over the last decade.
