BM starts next game

I believe he will and we may play Ga a good game at home with BM or Shrout...the kids need to learn from experience in the real games....I'd love watching that....its the only way they can improve is to go ahead and throw them in there....
Pruitt is going to run JG out there, Pruitt either doesn't give a damn or he's stupid because given what we have at QB there was zero excuse not to bring in a grad transfer. Anyone of those grad transfers in the sec right now would start for UT.

Looks like our entire offense took a BM on the field today.
That's not fair....O Line looked much better...D Line was a little better....Corners are not much for tackling though....Fla is not a push over by any means....
Mullen had mercy on us by keeping Jones on the field.....

Well we don't have one so no use discussing that....Pruitt would be walking into the fire putting JG out there....Go with BM and Shrout and let the cards fall where they may but they have to keep working their way through this......some guys out there today played hard...try to give them credit along with the criticism

I'm being sincere when I say this but I think Chaney snuck BM in today without Pruitts approval

Played better than Peterman did his first outing didn't he......I just think either BM or Shrout would improve so much by years end that we couldn't wait for 2020 to start...otherwise its going to be an awful off season....awful

You mean “without”? Still trying to figure out why they pulled him. Of course he made mistakes but so many ways to take pressure off of him. I hope they go with BM but nothing this staff does surprises me anymore.

Yes, without my bad. I think Pruitt pulled him once he figured it out

I agree. I want BM to take the spot and succeed. I don't believe the staff will let him since they are fascinated with failure and want to stick with JG.
Well, if Pruitt wants the TV to show a dwindling show of fans at the stadium the rest of the season and more pressure to leave at this point than he ever imagined then thats what will happen..otherwise he better start another QB....
Honestly, it looks like JG hasn't improved at all......it's just...well, it's just was it is......

JG is the walking example of the player who does everything right in practice, but can't perform in the game. The "he who practices the right way gets to play" theory can bite you when this happens. Personally, I found it more exciting to watch BM play than JG. And, if that excitement was authentic and it has the same effect on the team, well, sorry, JG. BM should start the remainder of the season. He has a higher ceiling, IMHO.

Well @LittleVol, I gotta give you your due. They threw him to the wolves like you said they would. Lets hope from this point forward your prediction keeps true. He’ll be better after the SEC gauntlet if they leave him in there.

Pruitt is a bit of a simpleton. You take Brian Maurer out because of bad series or two, after leading us to the only points of the game??
For a QB who continually stalls out the Offense???
Chaney did him no favors either, after that first series.

Keep the concepts simple ...get the ball to 15 if he's open on 3rd down. Run to the boundary and make a play. Move the pocket or even do a draw. Throw it deep from time to time.

Brian was good on the all hitch routes.

Pruitt is swimming right now, and he's drowning his team in the process.

It's very simple what he needs to do. Make Brian your starter, build the UGA game plan around his skill-set with and emphasis on getting the ball ton 15 and running it on 2nd down.

Coaching was awful today.

Yeah, you are right...but BM actually threw it to different receivers...wow...
I think by naming him the starting QB he will improve that throw to the fly pattern when he gets used to the speed of the game....we need some excitement with this offense...
You can tell he's a fighter...especially running out on the field to go in for JG in the BYU game...he wants it....

I just don’t see a downside in going with BM from here on out. To be honest, it’s probably best for JG also. We are not winning against Ga or Ala. But just get the offense to improve. Let BM get accustomed to the speed of top defenses. If he can’t improve over the course of a season, then hello Bailey next year.
