Blowout!

Not trying to rain on this orange confetti parade, but all it takes is for Bray to have a day where he's struggling with his pass accuracy, and this game could become a real struggle. Our running game should be improved from last week, but it's a long ways away from being one that we can rely completely on if the passing game is not working. We could end up having to rely on a short passing game to Rivera, Neal, Fugate, etc.

Hope y'all are right about your optimism, but I'll have to take the wait and see attitude. Many a slip twixt cup and a lip. I know, I'm just a negavol, not a real fan. :)

The running game will see modest improvement, but we'll still be frustrated with the push from our O-line and their inability to pick up some of the twists and blitz packages that I've no doubt Cincy is preparing for us. It takes a good while for a young line to develop.

But I expect Bray to be slingin' it all over the field. The kid is a gamer. And with the mismatches in height/size between some of their DBs and our large WRs, I think we'll see Bray firing away with Rogers and Hunter making great catches and big plays.

But I worry about our D. Makes me nervous.

D looked slow. That was my main concern. You have to fly to the ball in this conference or you get eat alive.

To even say we will win by double digits is bold. To say 3+ TD's is borderline absurd. Is it possible? Sure, anything is possible. But we will score all over them and they will score all over us. It will be a close game unless one team turns the ball over a few times.

UT will beat Cinncinati by 3+ scores! May start out close, but UT will pull away... AND you will see a much improved running game. You will see better blocking all around, and I pitty them if they stack the box. We will use more of our playbook! UT pulled back on Montana to work on some things, but our passing game will open up a can hurt on Cinncinati. I suspect Wilcox has been looking ahead to face this team and will slow down the offense that put 72 points on a higschool team! All in all...you will see major improvements from week 1 to week 2! Mark it down.

Very optimistic. I like it. Hopefully you will be right. 2-0 going into the Swamp will be a plus for us.

I don't think UT is going blowout UC nor do they need to look past them, but to put things into perspective Austin Peay only won 2 games last year in the OVC and Murray State put up 61 points on them.

Cincy played their backups for most of the game if they played there starters could have easily scored more so that is not a good comparison. Tenn is my favorite team but I am worried us being able to contain their spread offense with Callaros and Pead.:salute:

We be better than they be, Yaaaaaaaaaaaaar. I thought I would try a pirate approach because I don't know mandrian, and you seem to be getting stressed by the english language telling you we will destroy them cincy kids.

Collaros is basically the only offensive weapon they have. Pead is quick, Poteat is quick,,and they have one wide receiver worth his salt. Does anybody ever question why Collaros has to run so much?? It's because the rest of the offense is just not that good. Their d-line will not stop Poole and Lane like Montana did. Collaros,,,we would rudely like to introduce you to Mr Maggit. Nuff said.
