You're doing it wrong. I'm 48, I drink throughout the week 6-10 or so a night. Drink all day on Saturday and Sunday 20+. I get up at 4:55 for work every week day. No problem, but I need 2 Goodies powders and a diet coke every morning for my back. Without the beer, I would have to take pain meds and sleeping pills to make it every day.:crazy:
