For the price of A-Rod's contract or a Tiger Woods divorce, you could have gotten Blockbuster.

I worked for Blockbuster from 1995 until 2001. I always enjoyed working there, but a better opportunity came along. Hate to see them suffer.

They were late to the internet game, IMO. Smoked by technology. I'm a big Netflix fan, and in my area, there are at least 10 Redbox kiosks for every Blockbuster kiosk...it seems.

Wonder what they're paying for. Inverter is useless and ongoing operation is all red.yay be the goodwill value of the brand. Wonder who put the value on that?

Netflix kills them on the inventory; Redbox kills them on price and ease of access for the hits.

Stuck in the middle is nowhere to be. Dinosaurs.

They are criminals in my book. They want my left nut just to rent a game.I remember an employee told me that jacked thier prices because of Hurricane Katrina.
